FAQs

  • Most coaching focuses on mindset and strategy work and while that can be helpful, it misses the root of the problem.

Because when your nervous system freezes under pressure, no amount of reframing or preparation will override it. You can't outthink a body that doesn't feel safe.

That's why my approach goes deeper.

Using EMDR-informed coaching and nervous system tools, we work directly with what's getting triggered in your body and rewire the pattern at the root.

So instead of white-knuckling your way through high-stakes moments, you start showing up as the calm, regulated version of yourself you know is in there.

  • EMDR therapy is a clinical treatment that addresses a wide range of trauma and experiences. EMDR-informed coaching is targeted. We use the same technique, but apply it to one specific goal: resolving the freeze pattern that shows up for you at work.

Here's what that looks like in practice.

When you freeze in high-stakes moments—a presentation, a tough conversation with your boss, a negotiation—there are almost always earlier experiences activating that response today. At some point, your nervous system learned that moments like these weren't safe. And it's still running that program.

In our work together, we identify and reprocess the core memories driving your current freeze response. Once those don't feel as charged, the pattern starts losing its grip.

Then we shift forward using positive reinforcement and future-focused techniques to build a new response to high-pressure moments, so your body learns that it's safe to show up, speak up, and be seen.
